If you would like to join us on an activity (like McWane Center, Hair/Make up Night, Shopping Night, etc.), be a driver or chaperone, you need to contact Brandi Etheredge at brandi@reachorphanswithhope.org or by cell #205-382-5180. This will be the only way to sign up for these opportunities.

SUN. JUNE 8 • 1ST VOLUNTEER/COORDINATOR TRAINING 3:00 (attendance at only one training session is required) at home where group will reside (DIRECTIONS HERE)

SAT. JUNE 14 • SET-UP WORK DAY 2-5:00 pm • 2ND VOLUNTEER/COORDINATOR TRAINING 5:00 (attendance at only one training session is required) at home where group will reside (DIRECTIONS HERE)

TUES. JUNE 17 • GROUP ARRIVES IN BIRMINGHAM (due to late arrival, visitation begins Wed. June 18)

WED. JUNE 18 • VISITATION BEGINS • POOL HRS 9-12 / 12-2 / 4-8 • Breakfast • Dentist Appts. beginning at 9 am. • Day at home swimming, relaxing, playing • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 1-2:30 pm • Dinner • Visitation ends at 9:00 pm.

THURS. JUNE 19 • POOL HRS 11-1 / 6-8 • Breakfast • Dentist Appts. beginning at 9 am. • Lunch • The Church at Brook Hills youth provide water games at home 10:30 am - 1:30 pm • Rest Time (no visitors) 1:30 -3:00 pm • Dinner • 7:00 pm Wal-Mart shopping trip for group • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm. FRI. JUNE 20 •POOL HRS 6-8 • Breakfast • McWane Center • Lunch at McWane Center (need sponsorship) • At home swimming and playing • Dinner • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

SAT. JUNE 21 • POOL HRS 11-12 / 1-2 / 4-8 • Breakfast • 10-11am Pony Rides at home • Day at home swimming and playing games • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 2-3:00 pm • Dinner • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

SUN. JUNE 22 • POOL HRS 1-2 / 5-8 • Breakfast • Worship at The Church at Brook Hills • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 2-3:00 pm • At home swimming and playing • Dinner • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

MON. JUNE 23 • POOL HRS 12-1 / 2:30-6:30 • Temple Baptist Church, MS, will be visiting with us to provide meals, clean up, life guarding, etc. • Breakfast • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 1-2:30 pm • At home swimming and playing in afternoon • Dinner • Hand-In-Paw (animals) 6:30 at home • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

TUES. JUNE 24 • Group leaves with Dawson Memorial Church all day (zoo, lunch, movie, recreation, cook out...group will arrive back at home by 9:00 pm.) 

WED. JUNE 25  • Group leaves for an out-of-town trip sponsored by individuals and out-of-town church.  (This is designed to give others outside of Birmingham the opportunity to meet and interact with the orphan group.)

THURS. JUNE 26 • Group out-of-town. (This is designed to give a church outside of Birmingham the opportunity to meet and interact with the orphan group.)

FRI. JUNE 27 • Group out-of-town until late afternoon • Dinner • 6:30 pm Hair & Makeup Evening (need sponsorship and helpers for Hair and Makeup Evening) for Girls at home (need small size dress-up pagent-style dresses, make up, nail polish, etc.) • 6:30 pm Boys to movie theatre and out to eat • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

SAT. JUNE 28 • POOL HRS 10-2 /4-6 • Breakfast • Day at home swimming and playing games • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 2-3:00 pm • 6pm Invitational "Celebration Dinner" • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

SUN. JUNE 29 • POOL HRS 1-2 / 8-9pm • Breakfast • Worship at (?) • Lunch • Day at home swimming and playing games • Dinner • TALENT SHOW OF UKRAINIANS AND AMERICANS  Everyone welcome!!!! • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

MON. JUNE 30 • POOL HRS 11:30-12:30 / 3 - 5 pm • Breakfast • 10 am canvas painting time at home • Field Day at home • Rest time 2 - 3:30 Dinner • Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

TUES. JULY 1 • POOL HRS 3-4:30 / 8-9 pm • Breakfast • Day at home to pack up, swim, play • Lunch • Rest Time (no visitors) 1-2:30 pm • Dinner • BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR ALL ORPHANS • Disco Party •Visitors welcome until 9:00 pm.

WED. JULY 2 • Early Breakfast • GROUP DEPARTS FOR UKRAINE / TAKE-DOWN WORK DAY (throughout entire day)
