There are hundreds of thousands of "human beings"..."real people" who live out their childhood years with no mom and dad.

Not having a mom and dad is just a small part of being an "orphan". The real pain of being an orphan comes from living your life under a banner of being REJECTED, UNWANTED, and OPTIONAL. These scars are worn deep within every orphan child, and the hurt does not go away when they turn 18. The value and self-worth issues continue...for life.

Our most effective response is to LOVE THEM.

Christ was clear. He mentioned orphans specifically as a way to practice pure ministry. Those of us who serve through Reach orphans With Hope are responding to this challenge with love, by inviting orphan children to visit us, by teaching and training them in preparation for life, and by traveling to their home in the orphanage to spend time with them in their world.

Fall Orphan Camp in Ukraine

You Can Sponsor An Orphan to Attend Camp Friendship!

It's almost time for the Ukraine Fall Orphan Camp! This fall Reach Orphans With Hope will once again partner with Crossover Ministries and Servant Life to host a camp for orphan children in the Lugansk region of Ukraine.

Our goal is to host 75 orphans

These children would have nowhere else to go during their fall break from school. Camp Friendship offers an opportunity for them to come to a safe environment where meals, sleeping arrangements, and daily activities are provided for them. But most importantly, it's an opportunity for them to be shown love and hope, and to daily hear about God's great love for them.

The cost for each Ukrainian orphan child to attend Camp Friendship is $100. We hope you will consider sponsoring one or more children this year. Donations in any amount are welcome and can be used to support a child coming to camp. To sponsor an orphan, you can make an online donation or send a check made out to Reach Orphans With Hope to the address below.
